The staff were absolutely incredible, always attentive, helpful and super friendly. The Auberge restaurant was mind-blowing for both breakfast and supper. The ski hire shop was conveniently located close to our apartment. The pool and spa facilities were amazing, and our chalet was situated in a nice quiet area perfect for families. The free shuttle bus was a jaw-dropping bonus, stopping right outside reception. There were plenty of good restaurants and ski hire shops nearby. The view from our balcony was absolutely stunning. The apartment had plenty of dishes and cutlery, and we loved the convenient pack of dishwashing liquid and sponges. The ski resort itself was fantastic, with tons of activities for both skiers and non-skiers. There was plenty of space in our apartment for the four of us, and it was great to have a kitchen equipped with a good fridge, oven, and microwave. The beds were super comfy, and having access to the spa was a game-changer. The undercover car park was another fantastic bonus. The onsite shops made it easy to rent ski equipment and the Sherpa shop had everything we needed for delicious home-cooked meals in the apartment. The Cabane restaurant on site blew us away with its exceptional New Year's Eve menu and chef. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Despite being at the top of the resort, the free shuttle bus was incredibly handy, especially with little ones in tow. We were amazed by the reception staff, who were not only incredibly friendly but also extremely helpful. The apartment was a great size, the beds were super comfy, and the kitchen was well-equipped.

Plenty of space for our family of four with kitchen facilities and a good view of the slopes. The on-site spa was a great way to relax after a day of snow sports. The supermarket and ski shops downstairs made it convenient for us to stock up and rent equipment. The free shuttle bus was a bonus, especially with little ones.
Felt at ease, no reason to complain.
